Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Perucchi Trading/Perucchi Coffee, you must contact customer support by email (cancel@perucchicoffee.com) or by phone (718-749-3376).

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in-stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in-stock again within two (2) weeks.

Shipping Policy for in stock Items

We DO NOT ship outside of the USA unless a previous agreement has been set between the client and Perucchi Trading Corp.

Our Perucchi Coffee (Any variety) is FREE of shipping cost within USA. Your product will be shipped via USPS (2-9 days) Shipping.

All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. In-stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the following business day.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to the shipping carrier, and based on the shipping method you selected).

Return Policy

Every product you buy from Perucchi Trading comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Perucchi Trading, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). For safety reasons Perucchi Trading DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PERUCCHI COFFEE VARIETY.
